What are your office hours?
Monday through Thursday 8:15 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. (closed for lunch from 12 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.). Although the doctor is not in the office on fridays, the office remains open with staff available to answer questions, schedule appointments and sell skin care products.
Do you accept insurance?
We participate with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of the National Capitol Area. In addition, we are non-participating member of Medicare.
What kinds of payment do you accept?
Dr. Castiello accepts VISA, Mastercard, Checks, Travelors checks, cash and money orders.
How long does it take to get an appointment as a new patient?
Generally, it takes 2-4 weeks for a new patient to be seen. If a patient calls with an urgent problem, we make every effort to see them as quickly as possible.
How long does the average appointment take?
Dr. Castiello has an efficient staff and office. Our waiting times are rarely more than 10-15 minutes. Almost without exception, a patient is seen without a lengthy waiting time.
